- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude people, think and act like there better then everyone else, It really gets under my skin. It makes me very upset because i have worked in customer service for almost 15 years now and when people act like this it makes me wonder why in the hell they wanted to work with people in the first place if you DONT like it so much Then find something where you do not have to deal with others. I just dont understand how a smile and a how are you today is that hard? And you dont even really hav to talk to them just smile and say hello! That's truly all they want! I purposely will not go to this bank anymore i go out of my way go to a diff one on the other side of town just so i dont have to deal with jerks!By Dawn Marie, July 07, 2017
