  Wish I could give this place no stars!!!! 45 minutes to cash one check!!! One teller 2 customers in here took this woman 45 minutes to complete 2 customers!!!! Never coming here again if you don't have enough employees shut the place down!!!!!

  Should not take 4 hours to move 15 people thru the store .the lack of hustle by your employees is sad .

  Please do not ever go here. Not for a advanced loan, to cash a check, NOTHING. They have no respect for anyone. I lost my job and tried to communicate with them and arrange a payment plan finally got a new job but with my hours and my Pay Day switching I needed to go in on a Saturday. They didn't want to hear it. Attempted to speak with corporate as well, no response. It was not that I didn't want to pay them back been going there for years, I GOT LAID OFF and my new job had different hours that made it hard to get there before they closed. Asked if I could go to another location that was open later, couldn't asked for a Saturday couldn't. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Too bad 0 star isn't an option because that is what they would get from me. They really need to go out of business. Nasty attitudes, slow workers and just poor customer service all around. Too bad Jacey left. This place has gone down hill ever since.
